What we are doing!

The EnterChange Workshop is up and running.  Currently there are four young men that have completed the application and have been accepted as interns.  Another four younger boys have asked to come to watch and clean up understanding their age prevents them from working with any tools.  The plan for this workshop is for it to be self funding.  The young men will make different items that can be sold locally or to visiting mission teams as souvenirs.  Already the workshop has successfully made souvenir bats, park benches, and cutting boards.  Projects that are in the future are cabinets and other furniture, and teaching welding.  Even though the projects may change the purpose for EnterChange will be teaching young men a craft while pointing them to Jesus and His purpose for their lives.

Samantha continues to care for three children.  They are each a blessing on their own.  The adoption for Addy Grace is in the finishing stages and will hopefully be complete in a couple of months.  Clowy is learning to write her ABCs and Rianna is preparing for graduation and beginning the University of Belize in the fall.  Samantha looks forward to being able to serve as a nurse again on a more regular basis.  Currently she assists on a very basic level of dressing changes or administering injections for fellow missionaries.
